Ibn Mubaarak (RAH) said: "There used to be a wealthy man who never heard about a scholar being somewhere except that he would love to meet him and acquire knowledge from him. Thus: he heard that a certain scholar was in such and such a place and boarded a ship wherein was a woman who asked him: "0 you! What are you looking for?" T He said: "I am madly in love with knowledge and I heard that a learned man is in such and such a place, so I want to meet him." She said: As often as you increase in knowledge you should also increase your action. Or do you increase in your knowledge while your action remains the same?"
